Do you only place former professional athletes?
No. Our network spans collegiate athletes, professional athletes from all leagues, and Olympians. What matters more than the level is the mindset — the discipline, accountability, and competitive drive forged in training.
Which industries do you place into?
Technology, finance & banking, healthcare, professional services, sales & marketing, operations & logistics, real estate, construction, manufacturing, and non-profit & education. If you need high performers, we can deliver.
I'm an athlete — what does the process cost me?
Nothing. Our fees are paid by the hiring company, not by you. Coaching, resume work, interview prep, and placement are all at no cost to the athlete.
How fast can you move on a search?
For most roles, we present a vetted shortlist within 10 business days. For specialized or executive searches, expect a longer discovery and a tighter slate.
Do you handle contract or temp recruiting?
We focus exclusively on direct-hire placements. It is what we do best, and it is how our placements deliver long-term value rather than short-term coverage.
What does it cost a company to engage you?
Standard direct-hire fee paid on placement. We'll send a written engagement letter after our discovery call so there are no surprises.
